Therapy to help you understand yourself, create meaningful change, and feel more fully alive.

Life can feel surprisingly lonely when you're carrying anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, perfectionism, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together.

Many of the people I work with aren't trying to become someone different. They're looking to better understand themselves, build healthier relationships, and experience greater peace, purpose, and connection.

Therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and begin moving toward lasting change.

You Might Be Here Because...

Life looks okay on the outside, but something feels off underneath.

You're tired of being so hard on yourself.

You feel stuck between who you've been and who you're becoming.

You've spent years taking care of everyone else

and aren't sure what you need anymore.

You're questioning beliefs or assumptions that no longer fit.

You're longing for deeper connection—with yourself,
your relationships, or your life.

Whatever brings you here, you don't have to navigate it alone.

How I Help

Many people come to therapy believing they need to try harder, be stronger, or finally get everything together.

In my experience, meaningful change begins somewhere else—with understanding yourself.

Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, fears, and coping strategies that may be keeping you stuck. As those patterns become clearer, you'll begin responding to yourself and your life with greater awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion.

My role isn't to tell you who you should become.

It's to help you remove the obstacles that keep you from living with greater freedom, connection, and purpose.

A Little About Me

I grew up in a small Midwestern town and spent many years trying to become the person I thought I was supposed to be.

Over time, I realized that many of the strategies that helped me succeed were also keeping me disconnected from myself.

That journey continues to shape the way I work today—and it's a big part of why I do this work.
