How I Help

You don't have to have everything figured out before asking for help. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationships, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers a place to better understand yourself and find a way forward. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in genuine connection. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful changes that help you feel more confident, connected, and comfortable being yourself.

Anxiety & Overthinking

Sometimes your mind just won't slow down. You might find yourself replaying conversations, worrying about what others think, anticipating everything that could go wrong, or feeling overwhelmed by decisions that seem simple to everyone else.

Anxiety and overthinking can make it difficult to relax, trust yourself, or enjoy what's happening right in front of you.

In our work together, we'll explore what's driving those patterns and develop practical ways to respond differently. Rather than simply trying to stop anxious thoughts, we'll work toward understanding them, building emotional awareness, and helping you feel more grounded and confident in your everyday life.

The goal isn't to never feel anxious again. It's to feel more capable of navigating life without anxiety making all the decisions.

Confidence & Identity

Figuring out who you are isn't always straightforward. Maybe you struggle with self-doubt, compare yourself to others, feel pressure to meet certain expectations, or find yourself changing who you are depending on the people around you. Sometimes you've spent so much energy trying to be who you're supposed to be that you've lost sight of what you actually want.

Therapy can be a place to explore those questions without judgment or pressure to have the answers. Together, we'll look at the experiences, beliefs, and expectations that have shaped how you see yourself.

We'll work on developing a stronger sense of identity, building confidence that isn't dependent on other people's approval, and learning to make choices that reflect your own values. Ultimately, I want to help you feel more comfortable being yourself, not just more successful at being who everyone else expects.

Friends & Family

Relationships can be some of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they can also be complicated. You might feel misunderstood by your family, struggle to communicate what you need, find yourself caught in the same arguments, or have difficulty building and maintaining friendships. Sometimes the challenge isn't that you don't care about the people in your life. It's that you don't know how to connect with them in the way you'd like.

In therapy, we'll explore the patterns that show up in your relationships and how your experiences have shaped the way you connect with others.

We'll work on communicating more openly, navigating conflict, establishing healthy boundaries, and developing relationships where you feel both connected and able to be yourself. Whether you're working through family tension, friendship challenges, or feelings of loneliness, the goal is to help you build healthier, more meaningful connections.

Stress & Life Changes

Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. Changes in school, work, relationships, family, or personal circumstances can leave you feeling uncertain about what comes next.

Even positive changes can bring unexpected stress. You might feel overwhelmed by new responsibilities, frustrated that things aren't going according to plan, or unsure how to move forward when life looks different than you imagined.

Therapy provides an opportunity to make sense of what you're experiencing and approach those changes with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we'll explore what's within your control, identify what matters most to you, and develop practical ways to manage stress and uncertainty. You don't need to have a perfect plan for the future. Sometimes the most important step is learning to trust yourself as you navigate whatever comes next.

Whatever You're Going Through... I'm Here.

Life can be complicated, and sometimes it's hard to know what to do with everything you're thinking and feeling. You don't have to be in crisis, have all the answers, or even know exactly what's wrong to benefit from talking to someone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult relationship, trying to understand yourself, or simply wanting life to feel a little different, I'm here to listen, understand, and help you find your way forward. We'll work together at your pace, with curiosity, honesty, and without judgment. You don't have to figure it all out on your own.
