How I Help

At its core, my work is about helping people reconnect—with themselves, the people they care about, and the life they want to build.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from trying to carry life's challenges on their own.

You may be navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, life transitions, ADHD, autism, trauma, or simply a sense that something in your life isn't working the way it used to.

My role isn't to tell you who to be or how to live your life. It's to help you better understand yourself, recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin moving toward a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and fully your own.

What Working Together Looks Like

Therapy isn't about having all the answers.

It's about creating enough space to understand what's happening beneath the surface and begin responding differently.

Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that have shaped your life. We'll look at where they came from, how they've helped you, and whether they're still serving you today.

Understanding yourself is important—but insight alone rarely creates lasting change.

Real growth happens as you begin responding differently in your everyday life, even when it feels uncomfortable. Together, we'll identify small, meaningful steps that help you build a life that's more aligned with who you are.

Not perfectly.

Not all at once.

One honest conversation—and one small step—at a time.

My Approah

Every therapist works a little differently.

My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical. I believe people change most when they feel understood—not judged.

Rather than jumping straight to solutions, we'll spend time getting curious about the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences that have shaped your life. Together, we'll make sense of what's happening beneath the surface before exploring what change might look like.

Rather than relying on any one approach, I draw from a range of perspectives because no two people are the same. Our work will be shaped by you—not a formula.  I don't believe therapy should feel like following a manual.

Instead, I believe therapy works best when it's relational, collaborative, and unfolds over time. Every person is different, so our work together will be shaped by your personality, your experiences, and the life you want to build.

Getting Started

Starting therapy can feel intimidating.

That's why I offer a free consultation. It's an opportunity for us to talk about what's bringing you in, answer any questions you may have, and discover whether working together feels like a good fit.

If it seems like we're a good match, we'll schedule an initial session and begin exploring the challenges, goals, and patterns that have brought you here.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Just a willingness to start the conversation.
